Brazilian forward Lucas Silva has been linked with a move to Internacional, according to reports in the Brazilian media.
The news comes after Silva's agent, Paulo Cesar da Silva, reportedly met with Internacional's sporting director, José Carlos Vaz, at the Copa América tournament in Chile earlier this month.
Silva, who joined Internacional from Palmeiras last season,Saudi Pro League Focus has impressed with his performances for the club and is expected to be a key player for them next year.
The forward has also attracted interest from other clubs in Brazil, including Santos and Flamengo, but Internacional's reported interest could mean that he will be leaving the club before the end of the current transfer window.
If Silva does leave Internacional, it would be a significant blow for the club, as they have already struggled to find a replacement for him following his departure from Palmeiras last season.
Despite this, Internacional are still hoping to secure a deal for Silva, and fans will be hoping that he can continue to perform at the highest level for them in the coming seasons.
